Mark Mauzy – Send & Receive

Send & Receive is a guided communication exercise we built for therapist Mark Mauzy, who uses it with couples to slow a conversation down to one item at a time. Both partners sign in, then take explicit turns in defined roles - one as the sender, one as the receiver - so neither person talks over the other the way they would in an ordinary argument.

The tool walks the pair through each step of Mauzy's model and closes with a written summary of what was sent and what was received, so the couple leaves with a record of the exchange rather than an impression of it.
